Cordyceps Mushroom Powder 120 caps

Cordyceps (Militaris), also called the "caterpillar mushroom", promotes endurance, oxygen uptake and a healthy metabolism. Because oxygen uptake improves with Cordyceps use, transport in the blood will increase. Some studies done on animals showed a great increase in longetivity by using cordyceps supplements, which leads to believe they also have anti-aging properties.

This beautiful mushroom is called 'Dong Chong Xia Cao' by the Chinese, but in Dutch 'winter worm summer grass' is the literal translation. This translation can be described as 'the worm in winter becomes a plant in summer'. Very special is that this mushroom grows in the wild on the caterpillar of a moth, which, unfortunately, does not survive.  

The so-called "caterpillar mushroom" was generally used to increase energy levels. The first people to discover the benefits of Cordyceps saw that animals ate it and became stronger from it. Cordyceps was specifically used to promote breathing and strengthen the respiratory system, as well as treat kidney conditions, stimulate libido and increase fertility.  

Ingredients per vegetarian capsule: 400 mg organic cordyceps militaris extract from 100% fruiting body (mushroom). It is a full-spectrum extract obtained by means of H2O and ethanol to get the most out of the fruit bodies. It contains 30% polysaccharides, beta-glucans and cordycipin.

Auxiliary substances: Magnesium citrate and silicon dioxide.
