About Caapi Caupuri 30x Extract

This water based extract is made with a native caapi variety from the Brazilian Amazon called Caupuri. It is pronounced kal-puri (without pronouncing the L too much). A vine that has a different texture, when it is beaten to make tea it breaks down into snaller pieces instead of fibers. This caapi has big knots in its vines giving it an unmistakable appearance. It is known to be very strong caapi variety having apart from the activating properties a strong physical effect making you really feel the force of the vine.

The vine has a distinctive appearance, with a circular rotating shape that carries many branches and leaves. The vine contains many 'knots' or 'nodes'. The vine can grow up to 12 meters high!

About our Caapi

Our extracts are made mostly from wild vine by our caboclo (local forest dwellers, usually a mixture of decedents of rubber tappers and indigenous) partners. We have an agreement and project with our partners for replanting for what is taken out of the forest. Also we leave the roots in the ground what makes the vine regrow in a reasonably short time span.

Banisteriopsis caapi is a South American vine of the family Malpighiaceae. The extract is made with clean water and freshly harvested Caupuri Caapi. When the Caapi liana is used fresh, the product is superior to the use of dried Caapi.

The Caapi is an ethnobotanical herb and is for research purposes only.
